The Apartment has one-bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, safe, bedside tables and lamps. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. The ensuite bathroom consists of walk-in shower with power jets. Solar panels supply hotwater to the apartment. Air conditioning keeps the bedroom cool.

Sleeping:
Croton is a fully self-contained ground-floor apartment offering accommdation for 2 to 3 persons.

Entertainment:
The apartment has cable television and dvd player. The music system will play cds, radio. There is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls, and complimentary wireless internet connection is provided. Recreational activities available with the apartment include card and board games, reading material and a limited dvd collection. An ironing board and iron are provided.

Eating & Living:
The living space features kitchenette, dining and living area, providing comfortable accommodation for two. Ceiling fans keep this area cool. There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 at the dining table. A futon in the living area provides sleeping for an additional 1 person. An adjoining door links Croton to Ginger Lilly, providing 3-bedroom/2-bathroom accommodation on the ground floor.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and toaster. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided. Ceiling fans keep the living area cool. A courtyard leads to the pool area with umbrella tables and pool loungers.

Laundry Room:
A seperate commmunal laundry room consists of a washing machine, and clothes drier. Clothes horses are provided in each unit for drying swim wear etc.

This is a Non-Smoking apartment.
