The Apartment has one bathroom consisting of walk-in shower with power jets. Solar panels supply hotwater to the apartment.

Sleeping:
Ginger Lilly is a ground-floor apartment offering accommdation for 4 to 6 persons. Both bedrooms feature kingsize beds which can be converted into two twin beds each. Bed side tables with lamps, a reading chair and built-in double wardrobes complete each bedroom. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. Airconditioning keeps the bedrooms cool.

Entertainment:
The apartment has cable television and dvd player. The music system will play cds, radio. There is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls, and complimentary wireless internet connection is provided. Recreational activities available with the apartment include card and board games, reading material and a limited dvd collection. An ironing board and iron are provided.

Eating & Living:
There is room for 6 in the living room; 6 in the t.v room and 4 in the dining room. A futon in the t.v. room provides sleeping for an additional 1-2 persons.

To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, a kettle, and toaster. Cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided. There is a utility room with linen cupboards, a sink for hand-washing, and storage for luggage etc.

Outdoor furniture, including additional dining table and chairs are on the westfacing patio, which leads directly onto the pool area with umbrella tables and pool loungers. An adjoining door links Ginger Lilly to Croton, providing 3-bedroom/2-bathroom accommodation on the ground floor. This apartmentis wheel-chair accessible.

Laundry Room:
A seperate commmunal laundry room consists of a washing machine, and clothes drier. Clothes horses are provided in each unit for drying swim wear etc.

Smoking is permitted on external patios ONLY.
