Minimum Stay
There is a minimum requirement of two (2) nights' stay. For the period 15th December to 05th January, the minimum stay is seven (7) nights.
Bookings
A non refundal deposit of 20% is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival at Sungold House. Receipt will be acknowledged by postor email. Full payment for your accommoation is required 28 days before your arrival date, or at the time of booking whichever is the least, whether requested by us or not. Krysnatash Investments Ltd will not accept responsibility for cash sent through the post. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer (our bank details will be supplied on request); Visa or Mastercard. Booking confirmation will be sent by email or mail as requested. If full payment is not received with 14 days of your arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation, subject to our non refundable Deposit policy.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy permits the refund of:
(a) 50% if cancelled within 27 to 14 days of arrival date;
(b) 25% if cancelled with 13 to 0 days of arrival.
All refunds are subject to our 20% non refundable deposit. Where practical we will be happy to reschedule your visit to a later date convenient to both parties. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation, ill health etc.
Occupancy
The number of guests to occupy each property will be limited to the maximum indicated at the time of booking. Unregistered guest will not be permitted to stay.
Behaviour
It is your responsibility to ensure that you and the members of your party do not behave in a way which disturbs, causes offence or risks damage to property belonging to others. In such circumstances, Krysnatash Investments Ltd reserves the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf, in which case our responsibility to you ceases with immediate effect, and there will be no refunds, compensation or reimbursement of any costs or expenses you may incur as a result. Further, you will be liable to reimburse Krysnatash Investments Ltd. for any expenses whatsover it may incur as a result of your behavior.
Breakages
Your unit comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We ask that you take care of all items to the best of your ability. A credit card imprint or cash equivalent of two (2) nights accommodation costs will be held as security deposit against damage to the property, its furniture, fixtures and/or fittings. Any damage must be resported to management immediately. Management reserves the right to recover charges up to 90 days after your departure.
Air Conditioning
The cost of airconditioning is included in the accommodation price. Please note however that the units must only be used while you are in the property, with all windows and doors kept closed. Under no circumstances should the units be left on continuously when the property is unoccupied. Management reserve the right to enter vacant units and switch off units.
Access
Management reserves the right to visit the property/unit at any time to undertake essential emergency repairs, and to enter the premises during your absence should the need arise.
Your Housekeeper
Your Housekeeper is responsible for the cleaning of your rooms, living and dining areas, patios and bathrooms. She also does the laundry and ironing. Her hours are 9.00am to 1.00 pm.
Laundry
Laundry will normally be returned to you the following day. If there are any items that you need washed and ironed urgently, please let the Housekeeper know. Dry Cleaning can be sent out as we do not do Dry Cleaning. Items that need Dry cleaning should not be put in the laundry. We cannot accept responsibility for items of "Dry Clean" or "Hand Wash Only" which are not clearly separated from other laundry.
Check in/Check Out Times
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and departure time is 12:00 noon. If we have no arrivals for your unit on the day of your departure, you are welcome to stay on until you absolutely have to leave for the airport. Where your unit is required, we will, if possible, relocate you to another unit until it's time for you to go. For those of you traveling with Virgin Airways, we can organize their "check in/chill out" service for you on the day of your departure.
Beach Towels
Beach towels are provided, and will be laundered and changed on a daily basis. US$20.00 per lost beach towel will be deducted from your security deposit.
Acceptance
Any booking made or order placed by you, whether through the Owner's website, or otherwise, shall be deemed an offer by you to rent the property from Krysnatash Investments Ltd subject to these terms and conditions, and any amendments made hereafter.
